Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days following payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, special collections, or for selected items. Any variations will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated directly where necessary.

Returns & Exchanges
If your item is in the same condition as received, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are only accepted for defective or production-fault items.

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the product, bodysuits are non-returnable.
Items may only be exchanged once, for either a different size or model.

Additional Conditions

  • Sale items are not eligible for return. Size and model exchanges are permitted.
  • Items from the By-B Atelier For All collection are not eligible for return or model exchange. Size exchange is permitted.
  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for return. Size exchange is permitted.
  • Items purchased in-store are not eligible for return.

Shipping Terms
Shipping costs for the original delivery are covered by the brand.
All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned using the courier specified by us once your request is approved.
We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage during transit.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items must retain their original form.
  • Items showing signs of wear, odour, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Items must be tried on with underwear for hygiene reasons.

Crystal & Embellishment Disclaimer
Due to the delicate nature of crystal and embellishment applications, minor variations, displacement, or wear-related changes are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are subject to inspection.
If a defect is confirmed, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
